Part of the “Tadpoles” series, this Guided Reading Level B book entertains new readers with an amusing tale. Wow is Bill excited. He received a brand new bike for his birthday. It came with training wheels and a helmet. Off he goes with no problem with both parents attentively watching. As his confidence grows, Bill has one of the training wheels removed and now he has three wheels (I am not sure how that would really work) and with much more experience he is ready to have the other training wheel removed. Dad is very obliging.
